Welcome to the Nikki Andrade Supporter Site. By accessing this website or purchasing a supporter ticket, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

Overview

This website supports Nikki Andrade’s independent studio practice. Supporter tickets represent a voluntary, year-long commitment to fund the ongoing creation of artistic work. This is not a class, workshop, product purchase, or financial security.

By participating, you acknowledge that you are supporting a creative practice rather than purchasing guaranteed outcomes.

Nature of Support

  • Supporter tickets provide early access to new works and participation in a curated release and placement process.

  • Support does not guarantee ownership of artwork, financial returns, or future availability of specific pieces.

  • Participation does not constitute equity, shares, or ownership in any business entity.

Support is relational and stewardship-based, not transactional.

Payments & Billings

  • Support is structured as a monthly recurring payment of $200 or $300.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party platforms such as PayPal.

  • By purchasing a ticket, you authorize recurring monthly charges for the duration of your chosen commitment.

You are responsible for managing your payment method and ensuring funds are available.

Cancellations & Changes

Supporter commitments are intended to reflect a good-faith, year-long investment in the studio. That said:

  • You may cancel future payments at any time through your payment provider.

  • Payments already processed are non-refundable, as they directly support time, materials, and studio operations already underway.

If exceptional circumstances arise, you are welcome to reach out directly.

Artwork Placement & Stewardship

  • Artwork placement is curated based on fit, alignment, and long-term care—not highest payment or speed.

  • The studio reserves the right to decline placement if alignment is not present.

  • Physical pickup or delivery of artwork (when applicable) is arranged individually and is not automated.

Intellectual Property

  • All artwork, writing, images, and content on this site remain the intellectual property of Nikki Andrade unless otherwise stated.

  • No content may be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Website Use

You agree to use this website respectfully and lawfully. Any misuse, harassment, or attempts to exploit the platform may result in restricted access.

Disclaimer

  • Supporting the studio does not guarantee specific creative output, timelines, or results. Artistic work evolves organically, and variability is part of the process.

  • The studio makes no guarantees regarding appreciation, value, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nikki Andrade and the studio are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or website use.

These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of the site or participation indicates acceptance of any changes.
